Position: Executive - Instrumentation Engineer

Location : SPIL (Biovel) Hoskote, Bangalore

Qualification: B.E Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical

Main purpose of the Job:

Instrument Maintenance & calibration in pharmaceutical company

Job Responsibilities:

To perform maintenance of instruments like , ph meters, controller , PLC, temperature loops , HMI, safety valves, controls systems , process equipments instrumentation like Autoclaves, Bio recators, shakers , Ph meters, weighing balances,

To perform PM activity

To perform CSV activity.

To perform planning of instrument calibration, prepare calendar schedule .

To perform Performance verification of equipment’s , thermal validation

Skills/Competencies:

Should be aware of instruments technical design, operations, predicted maintenance, preventive maintenance . instruments like sensors, transmitters, load cell , controllers, Autoclave maintenance .





Should be aware of detailed component function of instruments systems, its maintenance requirements.

Should be aware of GMP/GDP aspects of operation of systems.

To able to handle the work with confidence.

Should be able to maintain log books, perform reports preparing, Data logging operations , Performance verification of thermal equipment’s,

Should be able to perform trouble shooting of the systems like HMI, PLC, autoclaves, door interlocks, controllers,

Should be aware of safety, hygiene & positive documents practices.

Should be aware of calibration practices, method of calibration for the instruments.

Experience:

5 + years of experience in similar functions of instrumentation
