Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon East) Work From Office

At Akidha, we're simplifying healthcare through education and technology. As a quick-growing HealthTech startup, we're looking for a Data Analyst who's passionate about working with data, building dashboards, and solving business problems through analytics.

Key Responsiblities -

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor key business metrics
- Generate reports for leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality checks

Dashboard Development (Power BI)

- Orders & Fulfilment
- Sales Performance & Conversion
- Logistics & Delivery Metrics
- Procurement & Inventory Tracking
- Customer Experience KPIs
- Monitor KPIs such as SLA, TAT, order success rate, and operational efficiency

SQL & Data Management

- Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data
- Work with databases to create structured datasets for reporting
- Support data integration from CRM, logistics platforms, Google Sheets, and internal systems

Automation & Process Improvement





- Automate recurring reports and business workflows
- Reduce manual reporting effort through automation
- Build scalable reporting solutions to improve operational visibility

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good knowledge of SQL
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
- Understanding of data visualization best practices
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive insights

GOOD TO HAVE

- Python (Pandas) for data analysis
- Familiarity with APIs and database concepts
- Experience with Google Data
- Understanding of business metrics and KPI reporting
- Exposure to automation tools

ELIGIBILITY

- Graduates in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics.
- Passion for data, analytics, and solving business challenges
- Available for full-time, immediate joining
