Role & responsibilities

Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within deadlines

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced,



target-driven environment

Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring platforms

Good organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in MS Office and/or recruitment tools is a plus

Freshers or candidates with 02 years of experience in recruitment/HR are welcome
