Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced Frappe HR to implement and configure the latest India Payroll functionality in Frappe HR v16.

Scope of Work

The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end implementation covering:

- Review of the existing Frappe HR, attendance, leave, and payroll setup.
- Configure India Payroll and employee statutory information.
- Configure Salary Components, Salary Structures, and Salary Structure Assignments.
- Configure CTC, Gross Salary, Net Pay, and Employer Contributions.
- Implement and validate:
- EPF / EPS / VPF
- ESIC
- Skilled Tax Maharashtra
- Labour Welfare Fund, wherever applicable
- Income Tax / TDS
- Configure attendance-to-payroll integration, including weekly offs, holidays, Half Day, LWP, paid leave, Comp-Off, joining/relieving, and salary proration.
- Configure Payroll Entry and accounting integration with appropriate expense, payable, and cost-center accounts.
- Validate statutory calculations and available reports/ECR.
- Test payroll against manual calculations before go-live.




- Provide user training and a basic monthly payroll processing SOP.
- Support the first live payroll cycle.

Important: Candidates with actual hands-on implementation experience of the current Frappe HR India Payroll functionality should be given preference.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Frappe HR / ERPNext v15/v16.
- Practical experience with the latest India Payroll app/functionality is strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of Indian payroll compliance, including PF, EPS, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS.
- Understanding of attendance, leave, and payroll integration.
- ERPNext accounting knowledge.
- Frappe/Python troubleshooting skills preferred.
