Job Description

We are looking for an L2 Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting for US clients. The candidate should have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Handle and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system and application issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalation.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
- Provide professional support to US clients through calls, emails, and tickets.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical/IT support.
- Regular B.E./B.Tech/BCA/Diploma (3 years) in IT/ECE/Computer Science.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
