- B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- 2-6 years' experience in automotive CAE, with 2+ years focused on crash/impact simulation. IP/dashboard experience is mandatory.
- Robust hands-on expertise in LS-DYNA pre/post-processing, solver settings, contact and connection definitions mandatory
- Proficiency in ANSA / HM pre-processor (mandatory) for model build and QA
- Experience handling end-to-end programs on IP/dashboard CAE (mandatory)
- Sound understanding of automotive interior crash/impact regulations (ECE R21, FMVSS 201, or equivalent)
- Experience with plastic, foam, and trim material modelling (Strain rate-dependent behaviour, failure criteria)
- Effective communication skills for customer-facing technical discussions
- Prior experience on European OEM programs will be an advantage
