We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Coordinator to join our team in Domestic. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in quality control, assurance, and process improvement.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members on performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Implement corrective actions to address identified issues and improve overall quality.
