Seeking an experienced Salesforce and ServiceMax professional to develop, configure, customize, integrate, and support ServiceMax Asset 360 and ServiceMax Core applications. The role involves production support, incident resolution, enhancements, deployments, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver Field Service Management solutions. Asset 360 extends Salesforce Field Service while ServiceMax Core provides asset-centric field service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceMax Asset 360 and ServiceMax Core applications.
- Develop and support Salesforce-based customizations including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, Validation Rules, and Integrations.
- Build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Support deployments, releases, testing activities, and production rollouts.
- Support production incidents, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.
- Monitor integrations with SAP, Oracle, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
- Create reports and dashboards for service operations.
- Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, testing, UAT,



and release management.
- Provide L2/L3 application support and perform on-call support when required.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge articles

Required Technical Skills

- ServiceMax Asset 360 implementation and support experience. ( Must)
- ServiceMax Core configuration and administration knowledge.
- Salesforce Platform development (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Flows).
- Integration experience using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Understanding of Field Service Management, Asset Management, Work Orders, Parts, Contracts, and Entitlements.
- Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git, and release management practices.
- Robust troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
