Job Description & Summary

Responsibilities

- Cloud Storage, Cloud Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow), Dataform, GCS, and cloud functions.




- Implement data governance with Dataplex, security, and logging best practices to ensure compliance and data privacy.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Build and optimize data warehouses and data lakes on BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and other GCP storage solutions.
- Implement data integration, ingestion, and transformation workflows to support analytics and machine learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver end-to-end data solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PySpark and SQL.

Mandatory skill sets

- Storage, Data Catalog, Cloud Composer
- Data Engineering & Data Architecture
- Data Governance Frameworks: lineage, metadata management, data quality, security controls
- Programming: SQL, Python and/or Java

Preferred skill sets

- Experience building chatbots, copilots, or AI assistants.

Years of experience required

- 7-12
