We are hiring experienced Travel Customer Support Executives for an International Travel Process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GDS Amadeus and a solid understanding of flight bookings, ticketing, itinerary management, and customer service. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable assisting international customers via calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to travel bookings and reservations.

* Use GDS Amadeus to create, modify, reissue, and cancel flight bookings.

* Assist customers with flight changes, ticketing, refunds, exchanges, and itinerary updates.

* Provide accurate fare quotations and travel-related information.





* Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Travel Process.

* Hands-on working experience with GDS Amadeus is mandatory.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

* Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

* Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
