Perform civil & structural design calculations and address the civil & structural design challenges. Keep abreast of industry codes, standards,
regulations and guidelines. Meet or exceed project expectations in a timely manner within the budget limits. Co-ordination with intra / inter
disciplinary team, Project, site, vendors and provide the necessary deliverables as per Project plan & requirements.

Create or review the civil and structural design basis and project specifications.
Prepare, review and approve civil and structural MTOs during proposals and project execution.
Support construction team in preparing technical bid analysis of construction companies.
Prepare technical requisition and technical bid analysis for structural fabrication.
Perform civil & structural analysis, calculations, design reports, connection design report and Check, Review drawings.
Define materials for civil and structural works. Review of fireproofing specification. Define painting and coating schemes for structural
works.
Lead and assist junior civil & structural engineers/designers when developing engineering deliverables.
Provide inputs to other disciplines during project execution.
Participate in engineering meetings.
Responsible to deliver civil & structural engineering documents as per project schedule.
Responsible for tracking engineering hours for its discipline during project execution.
Participate in 3D model interdisciplinary reviews and resolve the clashes in its discipline.
Co ordinate, Review, comment and approve the outsourced civil & structural engineering design deliverables. Ensure most updated
vendor documentation is being used for developing these deliverables.
Maintain state-of-the-art knowledge in its discipline in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
Actively support,



participate in, and maintain the integrity and on-going function of the company and facility HSSE program; ensuring a
safe/healthy work setting.
Provide support to Production facilities as required by Operations on engineering/technical matters.
Knowledge of relevant Industry Standards. (ACI, AISC, BS, EURO and other international detailing knowledge).
Effective implementation of quality systems, procedures, management of change and revision control.
Good knowledge of commercial engineering design programs such as STAAD, MAT 3D, Foundation 3D, SAP 2000, RAM connection &
SACS.
