JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Executive Asset Management for Solar Operations & Maintenance.

Education: Graduate (Regular) in any Discipline or Diploma (Regular) in Store management.

Mandatory Experience: Minimum 4 years in solar operation and maintenance plant + (at least 100MW+ solar plant store handled for 01 year)

Knowledge: Positive Knowledge of MS Excel & SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

1). Basic knowledge of stores management.

2). Manage day-to-day store requirements.

3). Receive, Inspect, store and issue materials as per approved documents.

4). Maintain accurate physical inventory and maintain all records.

5). Handle solar electrical spares, consumables, Tools and PPEs.

6). Ensure proper materials identification tag, preservation, stacking and housekeeping.

7). Conduct regular physical stock verification (monthly) and reconciliation with ZERO difference quantities.

8). Maintain minimum and maximum stock, critical spares, slow moving & nonmoving materials.

9). Maintain material receipt, issue, transfer, return, scraps, RGP, NRGP, petrol, diesel, physical Inventory records.

10). Prepare monthly inventory reports in approved format and share with asset management team HO.

11). Ensure proper verification, maintenance,



and regular updating of all security-related documents and registers, including inward and outward material records (RGP & NRGP), visitor and staff movement registers, vehicle movement records, casual labour registers, service vendor vehicle records, and Water Tanker Supply TDS Check Report registers.

12). Maintain and regularly update the Equipment Master and Asset Tag Records, ensuring accurate asset identification, traceability, and reconciliation. Prepare and share the verified Equipment Master on monthly basis with asset management team.

13). Ensure compliance with company SOP, HSE, 5S and audit requirements. Internal & External audits.

14). Verify service and supply vendor invoices against PO, work order, GRN and actual material & service received.

15). Ensure all vendor invoices supported by required compliance documents, such i.e. Test Certificate, Test Reports, MSDS, Calibrations Certificate, delivery challan, E-way Bill, WCC and other applicable documents.

16). Ability to independently manage site store operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure full compliance with audit and statutory requirements.
