1. Establish quality controls at every manufacturing stage - Injection moulding, mold validation, paint performance testing and verifying plating quality requirements.
2. Ensure process parameters are defined, documented and controlled.
3. Ensure Paint line validation, surface preparation control and monitor process capability and stability.
4. Verify plating quality requirements, conduct plating line audits and ensure compliance to customer specifications.
5. Participate in APQP activities, review DFMEA, PFMEA and develop Control Plans.
6. Lead Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and coordinate PPAP submissions
7. Conduct root cause analysis and preventive actions
8. Serve as the primary quality interface for automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers.
9. Lead customer approvals for:

- Current Product Development
- Process Changes
- PPAP Submission
- Engineering Changes
