Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities (Franchise and Marketing)

1. 3+ years franchisee expansion experience with preschool market knowledge and strong negotiation skills.

2. Drive franchisee acquisition and support, manage revenue collection, maintain client relationships, and monitor industry trends

3. Responsible for bringing new business through franchisee acquisition

4. Franchisee support pre and post sign-up

5. Handholding existing pre-school franchisees with business strategies, competitive analysis, Marketing acumen and sales training

6. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the school.

7. Generate admission enquiries through online and offline marketing activities.

Desired Skill Sets:

1. Valuable understanding of the preschool and K12 School market

2. Relevant 3+ years of school franchisee expansion experience

3. Successful track record in building franchisee business and school marketing

4.



Achieving and exceeding monthly KPIs, growth mindset, extremely high level of ownership

5. Organise and execute on-ground promotional activities, events, outreach programmes, and local marketing initiatives.

6. Track marketing performance and prepare periodic reports.

7. Strong experience in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.

8. Proven ability to generate leads and support their conversion into admissions.

9. Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Post Graduate in Management (Marketing / Sales / Operations) Or Graduate with relevant experience of 3+ years in Franchisee Operations/ Key account management / Institutional Sales / Corporate Sales/School Marketing
