- ;Key Responsibilities
- ;Design, build and continuously refine product evaluation forms / checklists for various categories of electrical and electronic items (e.g., home appliances, consumer electronics, industrial equipment, tools, instruments, and components).
- ;Define objective evaluation parameters functional checks, electrical safety, cosmetic condition, age usage, missing parts/accessories, residual life and translate them into clear, seller-friendly questionnaires.
- ;Develop a transparent rating methodology that maps the evaluation output to a recommended indicative price band.
- ;Personally review submitted evaluations, verify supporting evidence (photos, videos, test reports), and sign off on the final product rating and price indication before items are listed.
- ;Conduct or supervise on-site / remote inspections in and around Indore when required for higher-value items.
- ;Train and support sellers/Clients on how to correctly fill in evaluation forms; create easy guidance notes, sample images and do s don ts .
- ;Maintain a structured repository of evaluations,



ratings and rationale to build institutional knowledge and enable data-driven pricing over time.
- ;Flag products that are unsafe, counterfeit, tampered with, or otherwise unsuitable for auction.
- ;Collaborate with the founding team on improving processes, tooling and policies as the pilot scales.
- ;Skills Competencies
- ;Comfort with standard test instruments multimeter, megger, clamp meter, insulation tester, oscilloscope, etc.
- ;Good written and spoken English and Hindi you will be drafting forms and interacting with sellers across MP and nearby states.
- ;Comfort with digital tools MS Excel / Google Sheets, basic form builders, Slack, smartphone photography for product documentation.
- ;Analytical and organized: comfortable maintaining deal trackers, pipeline reports, and MIS.
- ;Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets/Docs, Slack, and CRM tools.
- ;Self-starter with a high-ownership mindset and willingness to travel for field visits.
