Technical
- Possess in depth knowledge of Process, Equipment & Materials used for solar manufacturing
- Understand in depth solar cell & module device physics
- Ability to simulate & evaluate accurately and identify future generation process, tools & material to meet technology & business needs
- Ability to improve product quality and reliability to the next level by process and material innovations and breakthroughs
- Ability to foresee Technology & Industry developments & trends and lead Technology innovation on new materials, process & products
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge in product design workplace.
- Knowledge of interpreting design intent for DFM and DFA
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor or Solar.
- Knowledge in Prototype PV Cell/Module design functionalities that ensure good quality and manufacturability would be an advantage
- Knowledge of product functionality of PV Cell/Module would be an advantage
