Responsibilities:
Layout studies and process flow understanding
Robot placement and reachability analysis




Tool and layout validation
Spot distribution and gun selection
Joint limit and singularity analysis
SOP creation and cell documentation
Cycle time optimization
Quality project delivery within timelines
Customer communication and technical coordination
