Role Summary

The company is looking for a candidate to handle Quality Department documentation and to prepare and submit the daily in-process rejection report for production across the Fabrication, PTFE Lining, and PTFE Flaring departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update all Quality Department documentation, including inspection records, quality checklists, and control plans.
- Prepare and submit the Daily In-Process Rejection Report covering daily production for the Fabrication, PTFE Lining, and PTFE Flaring departments.
- Coordinate with shop-floor supervisors and QC inspectors to collect rejection and rework data on a daily basis.
- Track, compile, and analyze rejection trends department-wise and highlight non-conformances to the Quality Manager.
- Maintain traceability records, calibration records, and other ISO-related quality documentation.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, quality dashboards, and monthly/weekly quality summaries.
- Ensure documentation is aligned with ISO 9001 / applicable quality management system requirements.




- Support internal and external quality audits by keeping records organized and readily available.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for closure of quality-related documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Prior experience in a Quality Department, preferably in a fabrication, piping, or PTFE lining manufacturing workplace.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and daily reporting formats.
- Basic understanding of in-process quality checks, rejection/rework documentation, and ISO documentation practices.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with shop-floor staff and reporting managers.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet daily reporting deadlines.

Experience

13 years in a similar Quality documentation / reporting role (fabrication or PTFE lining/flaring industry experience preferred).
