Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials and content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training content.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior trainers and team members.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Process Trainer or similar role in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with training software and technologies is an asset.
