About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to bring structure, accountability, and insight to our growing sales team. You'll manage our Sales Associates, run day-to-day sales operations, and serve as the connective tissue between the sales floor and executive leadership. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on organization, data, and driving a team to consistently exceed targets.

What You'll Do

- Manage and coach a team of Sales Associates
- Plan and run regular sales team meetings, pipeline reviews, and check-ins
- Own our CRM: keep it clean, accurate, and actionable; train associates on proper usage
- Source and qualify leads, and help build repeatable processes for lead generation
- Track key sales metrics (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, quota attainment,



etc.) and build reporting dashboards
- Prepare and deliver regular performance updates and insights to C-suite leadership
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement improvements
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and leadership to align sales strategy with company goals
- Ensure sales processes and documentation stay current and consistent across the team

What We're Looking For

- 57 years of experience in sales, with at least 12 years in a sales operations, management, or team lead capacity
- Experience in healthcare sales or healthcare-adjacent industries is a robust plus
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable pulling, interpreting, and presenting sales data
- Hands-on CRM experience
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of outcomes
