- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Robust organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
