- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing inventory costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
Job Requirements :
- 4-20 years of experience in a similar role within the automobile industry.
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Production Planning, and Manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of improving operational performance through process optimization initiatives.
