Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and sales of financial products such as credit cards, personal loans, home loans, and insurance . The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, generating and following up on leads, explaining product perks and eligibility, assisting customers with digital applications and KYC processes, and ensuring successful conversions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in credit cards, personal loans, insurance, banking, fintech or telecom.
- Strong face-to-face sales and product-pitching ability.
- Ability to approach walk-in customers and identify suitable banking-product opportunities.
- Basic understanding of credit cards, personal loans, home loans and insurance.
- Ability to explain eligibility, fees, benefits, interest rates and required documents clearly.
- Lead generation, follow-up and conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of KYC documents, CIBIL score and application processes.
- Comfortable assisting customers with digital application forms, document uploads and video KYC.
- Good communication in Hindi and the local language; basic Hindi is desirable.
- Ability to build relationships with Nodal Managers and coordinate with telecallers and banking partners.
- Basic Excel, WhatsApp, email and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to conduct local visits, awareness activities and customer camps when required.
- High integrity and strict handling of confidential customer information.
- No false commitments or misselling of financial products.

Qualification
- Education:



Bachelor s degree in sales marketing or Business Administration or Business Management.

Experience Required
- 0 - 2 years relevant experience (especially in banking or similar industry)

Technical Requirements

Mandatory:

- Basic proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining sales and customer data.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools for lead tracking and follow-ups.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp and email for customer communication.
- Ability to use digital application platforms for form filling and document uploads.
- Basic knowledge of KYC and e-KYC processes.
- Familiarity with CIBIL score and basic credit assessment.
- Ability to assist customers with video KYC and digital onboarding.

Preferred:

- Experience with banking or fintech CRM platforms.
- Exposure to digital lending, credit-card, loan, or insurance platforms.
- Knowledge of banking partner portals and lead-management systems.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills, including filters, sorting, and basic formulas.
- Experience in MIS reporting and sales performance tracking.
