Newen Systems is looking for Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and propagating Newen Systems value differentiator and brand promise to existing and potential customers. You will also be responsible for understanding the market dynamics and establishing BESSs target customer segment in the market. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking the tenders and other projects for distribution companies and the CI segment. Finally, you will be responsible for owning the sales target and engaging organizational resources to achieve the goal.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and writing skills, as well as a solid understanding of the energy storage market. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail- oriented, with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

; Key Tasks:

- ;Interconnection of grid components and provide complete solution to the customers.

- ;This will entail electrical and communication interconnections with different sources of generation as well as grid components.

- ;Commissioning of the BESS projects and get the commissioning certificate Engage with local team and partners to get the complete project executed.

- ;Fine tune the warranty and services process to add value to the customer as well as to the organization.

- ;Establish Newen brand as premier services organization and make Services as sales lead generation engine.

- ;Hands-on Commissioning and service support for PV and BESS projects.

- ;Integration of solar and BESS invertors with microgrid controllers and other grid equipment.

- ;Project execution and management to ensure project delivery on time and with customer satisfaction.

- ;Generate leads from existing sites under service.

- ;Work with design and engineering team to develop new and optimized solutions for the customers.

- ;Monitoring of site performance.

- ;AMC O and M handling of sites.

- ;To Provide customer support onsite offsite. (Global sites).

- ;Frequent traveling to ensure customer support on time.

- ;Monthly reporting of sites to service head.

; Skills

- ;Should have product knowledge of Inverter, Converter, Rectifiers, UPS .

- ;Should have experience of Commissioning, Installation and Testing on Site.;

; Qualifications:

- ;Bachelors degree or Diploma in Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering;

; Experience:

- ;3-6 Years of experience in Service Engineering role.
