Engineers /Sr. Engineers ( Exp- 8- 12)

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and control daily production activities for piping spool fabrication
- Lead shop floor operations including cutting, fit-up, welding, NDT, and dispatch
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule and client requirements
- Review drawings, isometrics, and work orders before execution
- Coordinate with QA/QC, planning, design, and stores for smooth workflow
- Monitor productivity, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
- Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and codes (ASME, ISO, etc.)
- Manage and supervise manpower, including welders, fitters, and operators
- Implement cost control and wastage reduction initiatives
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and conduct toolbox talks




- Prepare daily/weekly production reports and MIS
- Support audits, client inspections, and documentation

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Solid knowledge of piping fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and GA drawings
- Good understanding of welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, SAW, etc.)
- Knowledge of NDT methods (RT, UT, PT, MT)
- Familiarity with piping codes and standards (ASME B31.3, API, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
