Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with 2+ years of experience to take ownership of our brand s online presence. You will be responsible for content planning, execution, and performance tracking across all major social media platforms for both the company and selected internal brands.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, understands social media algorithms, and can turn brand stories into powerful digital conversations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers and internal teams to create reels, graphics, captions, and stories.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor content to stay relevant.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement activities.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth).
- Manage social media tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
- Support marketing initiatives, brand awareness activities, event promotions, and product launches.




- Work closely with leadership to ensure content tone and messaging reflect the company s global positioning.
- Suggest creative ideas and campaign styles to increase visibility and engagement.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms.
- Ability to write clean, engaging captions and content lines.
- Basic experience with design tools (Canva or similar).
- Knowledge of reels, short-form videos, and trending content formats.
- Positive communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple pages and schedules efficiently.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience creating video content or short-form content.
- Ability to work with photographers, videographers, or agencies.
- Understanding of performance metrics and analytics dashboards.
- Knowledge of social media ads (optional).
- Experience managing brand pages for tech companies or startups.
