- Design and deliver high-quality training programs tailored to meet business objectives.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to promote skill development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content.
- Manage training records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a BPO or Call Centre setting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs using various methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate training needs and effectiveness.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools to support training delivery.
