Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide career guidance to students on various educational options, including course selection, university applications, and scholarships.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and counseling techniques to understand their needs and preferences.
- Identify new business opportunities by networking within the education industry and leveraging existing contacts to generate leads for admission counseling services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies that promote our organization's offerings in education counseling.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in career or student counseling, educational sales, or a related field.
- Robust understanding of the education industry trends, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
- Proven track record of meeting targets set by management regarding number of consultations conducted per day/week/month.
