Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Architect with strong expertise in Full-Stack Development, Kubernetes, and Cloud-Native Architectures. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while actively contributing to coding, architecture, infrastructure, and technical leadership.

This role requires a technology leader who can bridge architecture and implementation, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Technical Leadership

- Define and drive the overall application and infrastructure architecture.
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
- Mentor development teams and establish engineering best practices.
- Drive technology selection, proof-of-concepts, and innovation initiatives.

Full Stack Development (Primary Focus)

- Actively participate in application development and code reviews.
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build highly responsive web applications and RESTful APIs.
- Implement scalable microservices and distributed system architectures.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business solutions.

Cloud & Kubernetes

- Design, deploy, and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters for production workloads.




- Implement containerized application deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Design CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and observability of cloud infrastructure.

Security & Identity Management

- Implement authentication and authorization using Keycloak.
- Design Single Sign-On (SSO) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) solutions.
- Ensure security best practices across applications and infrastructure.

Online / Offline Architecture

- Design systems capable of operating in both online and offline modes.
- Develop synchronization mechanisms between edge devices and central servers.
- Implement conflict resolution and data consistency strategies.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Full Stack Development (Must Have)

- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Java 17/21
- Spring Boot
- REST APIs
- Nest.js
- Microservices Architecture
- Strong frontend development experience in:
- React.js (Preferred)
- Angular
- TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience building and deploying enterprise web applications end-to-end.
- Ability to contribute hands-on to both frontend and backend development.

Kubernetes & Containerization (Must Have)

- Deep expertise in Kubernetes administration and deployment.
- Experience with:

- Services & Ingress
- Autoscaling
- ConfigMaps & Secrets
- Helm Charts
- Strong knowledge of Docker containerization.
- Experience troubleshooting production Kubernetes environments.

Google Cloud Platform (Must Have)

- Hands-on experience managing production workloads in GCP.
- Experience with Compute Engine,,Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Load Balancing, IAM, Monitoring & Logging, Networking & Security

Identity & Security

- Strong experience with Keycloak.
- OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT.
- SSO and Identity Management.

Database

- MySQL Database Design and Administration.
- Query optimization and performance tuning.
- Backup, recovery, replication, and high availability.

Messaging & Notifications

- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
- Event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.

Preferred Skills

- React Native or Mobile Application Architecture.
- Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
- Experience in POS, Retail, Hospitality, or Order Management domains.
- Multi-tenant SaaS architecture experience.
