Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Executive to manage 70% Recruitment and 30% HR Operations, Administration & Employee Welfare.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, along with working knowledge of payroll, attendance, HR documentation and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment 70%
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations and joining coordination.
- Track and close positions within agreed timelines.
- Build a strong candidate database for future requirements.
- HR Operations & Administration – 30%
- Manage attendance, leave records and employee documentation.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities.
- Manage joining, onboarding,
probation, confirmation and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
- Handle day-to-day office administration and vendor coordination.
- Support employee engagement, welfare and workplace discipline.
- Address routine employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment + HR Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience using Naukri and LinkedIn for sourcing.
- Good understanding of payroll, attendance and HR processes.
- Valuable communication, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, organized and comfortable working independently.
- Should be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Performance Focus
The primary KPI will be successful and timely closure of open positions, along with accurate and timely HR operations.
Candidates with strong recruitment experience and a hands-on approach are preferred.
