We are looking for a Solar Design Engineer with around 1 year of experience to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and supporting solar PV system designs for rooftop and ground-mounted projects.

Role & responsibilities

- Prepare Solar PV layouts, module arrangements and stringing drawings.
- Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and basic electrical design documents.
- Work on DC/AC cable routing, inverter and equipment layouts.
- Assist in PVsyst simulations and generation reports.
- Prepare drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with senior engineers for design reviews and revisions.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable project standards and requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 year of experience in Solar PV Design.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of PVsyst and solar electrical design.
- Understanding of PV modules, inverters, DC/AC cabling and SLDs.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
