Job Requirements

- Proven experience in talent acquisition and management within the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with HR systems and tools, including applicant tracking software.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
