Role & responsibilities

- Understand client requirements related to printing and artwork.
- Check client files/artwork and prepare them according to printing requirements.
- Make files print-ready for Offset Printing and Digital Printing.
- Check and manage size, bleed, margins, CMYK colours, resolution, fonts and other printing specifications.
- Make minor design changes and corrections whenever required.
- Coordinate with clients regarding artwork corrections, approvals and missing details.
- Select and prepare the appropriate file and process based on the printing requirement.
- Coordinate with the production team and ensure smooth processing of each job.
- Track the job from artwork finalisation to printing, finishing and making the order ready for delivery.
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure the final product matches the approved artwork and client requirements.
- Ensure all jobs are completed within the committed timeline.

Preferred candidate profile

- Practical knowledge of Offset Printing, Digital Printing and Pre-Press processes.
- Good knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and PDF file handling.




- Understanding of print-ready artwork, CMYK/RGB, bleed, margins, resolution and basic printing specifications.
- Basic to good graphic designing skills, with the ability to make artwork corrections when required.
- Experience in a Printing Press, Digital Printing Company, Advertising Agency, Packaging or Corporate Gifting industry will be preferred.
- Should have good communication skills to understand client requirements clearly.
- Must be responsible, detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple jobs simultaneously.
- Candidate with experience in coordinating work from client requirement to final delivery readiness will be preferred.
