Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end plant operations for BPC/personal-care manufacturing - production planning, quality, maintenance, EHS, and supply chain - across owned, third-party (3P), and contract-manufacturing (CDMO) lines.
Lead greenfield and brownfield plant projects from site selection/design through commissioning, including automated filling/packing lines, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Drive manufacturing excellence (OEE, yield, cost-per-unit, right-first-time quality) across formulation, filling, and packaging operations for skincare, haircare, personal care, and cosmetics categories.
Ensure full regulatory and quality compliance (GMP, ISO, cosmetic/personal-care regulatory standards) across all manufacturing sites.
Manage relationships with 3P/contract manufacturers and CDMO partners, ensuring capacity, quality, and cost commitments are met.
Build, mentor, and lead a multi-layered plant leadership team (production, quality, engineering, EHS, supply chain).
Partner with R&D;, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure new product introductions and customer onboarding are executed smoothly at scale.
Own capital planning and budgeting for plant expansion, capacity addition, and automation investments.

Required Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of progressive operations/manufacturing leadership experience within BPC / personal care / cosmetics manufacturing (home care,



skincare, haircare, oral care, or similar).
Demonstrated experience commissioning or scaling at least one greenfield manufacturing facility, including automated production lines.
Prior experience managing large, multi-site or multi-unit manufacturing operations, ideally including exposure to contract manufacturing (CDMO/3P/P2P) models.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related); MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
Strong track record in GMP-compliant, regulated manufacturing environments.
Proven people-leadership experience managing large plant teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Attributes
Background at a leading BPC manufacturer or personal-care CDMO (e.g., large FMCG personal-care companies, cosmetics/personal-care contract manufacturers).
Experience transitioning from adjacent regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., pharma/GMP) into BPC is a plus.
Comfortable operating in a scaling, entrepreneurial environment with high ownership and rapid decision-making.
