- Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings, assembly drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailed part drawings.
- Perform necessary design calculations for shafts, bearings, gears, belts, chains, structures, power transmission, etc.
- Modify existing machine designs according to specific customer and production requirements.
- Select appropriate materials and standard mechanical components for machine design.
- Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) and component specifications.
- Prepare and maintain proper drawing revisions, design records, and technical documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of company designs, drawings, and technical information.
