- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and implement effective learning strategies to enhance employee performance.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to promote skill development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content.
- Manage training records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a BPO or Call Centre setting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools is an added advantage.
