Job Requirements

- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a BPO or Call Centre environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities to design effective training programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with training software and technologies to support program delivery.
