The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with map-based data, conducting research, analysing information, and ensuring accuracy in assigned tasks. Candidates should demonstrate good comprehension skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn new tools and processes. This is a non-voice role that requires working with digital maps, location-based information, and data validation activities.

General Guidelines:

- Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Participation is limited to the first 350 eligible candidates reporting between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
- Personal laptops, tablets, or other electronic devices are not permitted during the interview process.
- Candidates are advised to carry a mobile charger, as the assessment and interview process may continue throughout the day.
- We are specifically looking for fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Applicants must have completed their Graduation or Postgraduation. Candidates currently pursuing any degree, certification, or educational program are not eligible.
- The role operates in a 24x7 work environment, primarily supporting customers across different geographies, including US customers. Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Candidates who can join immediately are highly encouraged to apply, as immediate availability will be considered an advantage.

Candidates must bring required documents:





- Two copies of their updated resume.
- A valid Government-issued PAN Card.
- Photocopies of educational certificates and marksheets.
- Passport-size photographs, if available.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0 to 11 months of experience are eligible.
- Any internship, research, data processing, operations, or analytical experience will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with internet-based research.
- Ability to understand instructions and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, analyse, and validate map-based information and location data.
- Conduct online research and verify geographical information for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or errors in map-related datasets.
- Update and maintain records based on defined quality standards and guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and productivity while completing assigned tasks.
- Follow project-specific processes and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related discrepancies.




- Meet productivity and quality targets as defined by the business.

Candidates must possess:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong reading comprehension and analytical abilities.
- Ability to understand and interpret map-based and location-related information.
