Purpose of the role :

To ensure effective operations at SGD I & SGD-II. Responsible to achieve the budgeted Revenue and maintaining the EBITDA of the Gear Plant and also lead the improvement projects, and other activities at SGD-I & SGD II.

Ensure promotion for awareness of Continual improvement and provide guidelines and resources for the same.

JD:

Lead Manufacturing team

Key responsibilities attached to the role:

- Responsible for daily manufacturing activities in Ring Gear Manufacturing
- Daily RG transfers from various sections
- Unit PMPD, OTIF and Plant OEE - Analysis & Improvement
- Safety
- Quality
- Daily production monitoring report and cost variance analysis.
- Implementation of 5S, TPM, Lean Management & Kaizen in the plant.




- Responsible for maintain EBTDA for the plant.
- Procurement of new equipment
- Low cost automation & Cost Saving Initiatives
- Manpower optimization.
