- 8+ years of skilled software development experience, with heavy focus on enterprise application development
- Proven, hands-on experience refactoring or migrating legacy systems (VB6 or classic ASP) into C#/.NET
- Mastery of C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Web API, and dependency injection patterns
- Exceptional Oracle Database development skills complex stored procedures, performance bottleneck diagnosis via execution plans
- Practical experience with core AWS and Azure services (identity management, serverless compute, secure connectivity)
- Experience integrating with IAM platforms such as ForgeRock, SailPoint, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
