- Manage a team of developers to design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and PHP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing guidance to the development team.
- Develop technical roadmaps for recent projects or features by working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.
Job Requirements :
- 11-19 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a Manager or Senior Technical Lead.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js (including Express), React.js (including Redux), TypeScript programming languages.
- Experience with Golang is an added advantage but not mandatory.
