We are looking for an MIS Executive to support the Sales team by coordinating with sales personnel, collecting and validating sales data, maintaining MIS reports and trackers, and providing timely business reports to management. The role requires solid Excel skills, attention to detail, and regular coordination with the Sales team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales team to collect daily, weekly, and monthly sales data.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly Sales MIS reports and trackers.
- Consolidate data received from different sales team members and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Track sales targets, achievements, pipeline, leads, orders, revenue, and other relevant sales KPIs.




- Follow up with sales team members for pending or missing data and ensure timely submission.
- Maintain and update various databases, dashboards, and sales trackers.
- Prepare management reports and presentations based on sales data and business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; preferably B.Com, BBA, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in MIS, Sales MIS, Business Reporting, or Sales Coordination.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and data validation.
