Key Responsibilities

- Support annual budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
- Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, and financial dashboards.
- Perform Budget vs. Actual and variance analysis, identifying key business drivers.
- Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, costs, profitability, and forecasting.
- Analyze P&L;, revenue, operating expenses, and profitability.
- Partner with business teams to understand performance and provide financial insights.
- Track financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.
- Prepare management presentations and ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.





Required Skills

- 4-8 years of experience in FP&A; / Financial Analysis / Business Finance / Corporate Finance.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
- Advanced Excel skills Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau and ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and translate financial data into actionable insights.

Qualification

MBA Finance / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter)/ equivalent qualification.
