Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to counsel students and parents regarding MBBS admissions in India and abroad. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding student requirements, providing suitable university/course guidance, regular follow-ups and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel NEET aspirants and parents regarding MBBS admission opportunities.
- Understand student profile, NEET score/rank, budget and career preferences.
- Guide students regarding suitable universities, countries, courses, eligibility, fees and admission process.
- Handle incoming enquiries and conduct outbound calls to prospective students.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads into applications/admissions.
- Address student/parent queries and handle objections professionally.
- Assist students with documentation and coordinate with internal teams for admission processing.




- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/MIS.
- Achieve monthly admission, conversion and revenue targets.
- Participate in counselling activities, seminars and student engagement initiatives when required.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 14 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Counselling, Inside Sales or Study Abroad.
- Experience in MBBS/NEET counselling or medical education will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, counselling and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with positive sales and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable handling calls and interacting with students and parents.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, WhatsApp and email.
