Key Responsibility:
1. Legal Drafting of Various Deeds Such as ATS, Sale Deed, POA, Agreement, Lease Deed Etc.
2. Scrutinize all Land Document and Company Various Deeds Such as ATS, Sale Deed, POA Agreement, Lease Deed Etc.
3. Drafting of Various application to JDR office, Tahasildar Office, Collector office
4. Checking the Gatsfeasibility before purchasing the same.
5. To develop a better relationship with Villagers and know their concerns about our work if any, in company favor. concerned Government Authorities and Leaders regarding our company subject.
6. Follow up with govt. departments.
7. Develop valuable relationships with villagers.
8. To help in all survey work on site.
9. Solve site legal problems with villagers
