Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering Windows servers and Active Directory, managing virtualization and firewall environments, ensuring network reliability, and supporting end-user systems and devices. This role calls for a proactive qualified who can keep infrastructure available, secure, and performing at its best while providing day-to-day technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Windows Servers and Active Directory, including creating and managing user accounts, resetting passwords, and configuring and implementing group policies.
- Set up, configure, and maintain Hyper-V virtualization environments, including regular update and upgrade checks on virtual and physical servers.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls (preferably SonicWALL), including firewall policy and role reviews, updates, and upgrades.
- Manage domain controller (DC) and log servers, ensuring timely updates, upgrades, and health checks.
- Install, update, and monitor anti-virus and endpoint security software across servers and workstations.
- Provide end-user support: format and re-image laptops and tablets, reinstall operating systems, install required software, and troubleshoot hardware and physical device issues.




- Configure and maintain routers, Wi-Fi networks, and printers, and troubleshoot networking, terminal-connection, and connectivity issues.
- Install, manage, and verify the working status of employee tracking and monitoring tools, CCTV cameras, and interactive boards.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and credentials documentation.
- Help tune performance and ensure high availability of the IT infrastructure.
- Manage infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
- Experience with Windows Servers and Active Directory.
- Must have experience setting up a Hyper-V virtualization environment.
- Firewall configuration and maintenance experience, preferably SonicWALL.
- Experience helping tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure.
- Ability to manage infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools.
