Role & responsibilities:

We are an ambitious recruitment firm in Hyderabad, specializing in IT and technical staffing for high-growth companies. We're looking for an entrepreneurial IT Recruiter to build our technical sourcing and delivery desk from Day 1, working directly with the founder.

This role is remote to start, with a planned transition to in-person collaboration in Hyderabad as the founding team comes together.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri Resdex, job portals, social media, and internal databases

- Conduct end-to-end sourcing of mid-to-senior IT talent across Full Stack, Mobile, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, and AI/ML roles

- Execute advanced Boolean strings, X-ray searches, and talent mapping techniques

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical fit, experience, and role requirements

- Conduct initial phone/video screening to assess communication skills, technical background, and motivation

- Tailor and refine candidate resumes to highlight relevant skills for specific client requirements

- Prepare candidates for client interviews briefing them on role expectations, likely questions, and client culture

- Coordinate interview scheduling and gather structured feedback from candidates and clients





- Verify candidate details including notice period, current CTC, expected CTC, and offer status

- Manage the full candidate lifecycle from first outreach to offer to onboarding — minimizing drop-outs and last-minute backouts

- Negotiate offers and manage expectations between candidates and clients

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and pipeline trackers

- Collaborate directly with the founder to build recruitment workflows, resume formats, and candidate tracking systems as the company scales

Preferred candidate profile:

- 3-5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, ideally within a staffing agency or consultancy environment

- Robust understanding of current tech stacks, programming languages, and hiring trends across IT roles

- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, job boards, Boolean/X-ray search)

- Proven track record of closing technical/lateral roles within tight timelines

- Excellent communication skills to engage, assess, and coach niche technical talent

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high ownership
