Job Description

We are looking for an experienced grade Test Lead / QA Lead with strong expertise in Digital Migration Testing, Digital Transformation, and Stakeholder Management. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformation and migration programs.

Mandatory Skills

- 12+ years of overall experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Strong hands-on experience in Digital Migration Testing.
- Experience in Digital Transformation Programs/Projects.
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Client Management experience with customer-facing engagements.
- Solid understanding of Manual Testing, including test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, and end-to-end validation.
- Experience validating large-scale digital migration projects involving complex applications and business-critical systems.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and independently drive testing activities.
- Robust analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Insurance Domain.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools.




- Exposure to Quality Engineering and Testing Transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for digital migration and digital transformation initiatives.
- Define and implement testing strategies, test plans, and execution approaches for migration programs.
- Validate migrated data, business processes, integrations, and application functionality.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, risk management, and quality governance.
- Identify testing risks, dependencies, and quality concerns and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Support transformation initiatives by improving testing processes, quality metrics, and delivery effectiveness.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong balance of technical expertise, domain knowledge, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven experience managing senior business stakeholders and client-facing engagements.
- Hands-on experience in Digital Testing, Digital Migration Testing, and Digital Transformation Programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead testing teams and drive quality outcomes in complex enterprise environments.
