- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle challenging situations.
- Experience working in a BPO/Call Centre industry is preferred but not required.
