The Sales Manager Cross Sell SME is responsible for acquiring SME customers through cross-sell initiatives across designated branches. This is a customer-facing role that involves understanding client needs, offering relevant banking solutions, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The role also includes catchment mapping, gathering customer feedback, and identifying recent business opportunities. The incumbent will play a key part in driving client acquisition, deepening relationships, and maximizing customer lifetime value to support broader organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities
- Acquire SME customers through cross-sell efforts in the identified segment.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisition by analyzing transaction banking needs.
- Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers (RMs) regarding customer opportunities and requirements.
- Ensure adherence to sales norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as defined by the organization.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality sourcing aligned with the bank’s standards.
